Cornerstone Children and Youth
At Cornerstone, we want to support and encourage our parents and children and equip them through the bible.
How do we do this for Children?
Beginners - ages 2-4
Beginners meet on a Sunday Morning. They begin the service with their parent and leave part way through for some games, music and a short bible story.
Discover - ages 8-11
Discover meet on a Sunday Morning, leaving the service part way through. They also usually follow the same passage as their parents and enjoy a short talk, discussion and games.
ABC - ages 4-8
ABC meet on a Sunday Morning and leave part way through the service. ABC typically follow the same passage as the main service and understand this through a leader-led discussion, games and a craft.
Youth - ages 11-18
Youth remain in the service on a Sunday Morning. They instead meet every other Friday evening to spend some time in the bible. They enjoy a talk, snacks and hot chocolate and some games!
All our leaders are DBS checked and are partners of the church.
How do we do this for Parents?
We hold meetings for parents regularly. Usually, this looks like meeting in a home and spending some time encouraging, supporting and praying for each other.
