Student Connect

Every week (Sunday 6pm) during term time

At Student Connect our aim is to get to know Jesus better, through the Bible. We want to help one another love him more, live for him and help others to know him too.

During term time, we meet for weekly Bible studies (this term - Micah!) and to pray for one another. There’ll be other special events (workshops, weekends away, socials) throughout the year!

We’d love to welcome you, send us a message to get involved.

Sunday Mornings

We encourage all students to join us on a Sunday Morning at 10:30am! Click Here for more info.

We often meet after the service to have lunch and listen to a short talk on a particular topic. Some recent topics have included: ‘How to Thrive as a Christian at Uni’ and ‘Reading the Bible for Yourself’.

Whatever year you are in, whatever your nationality, whatever your knowledge of Jesus – we would love to welcome you at Cornerstone. We want to support you and help you make the most of your time as a student.

Weekend Away

As a student group we go away for a weekend every year in January. We spend time together developing our friendships together and our relationship with God.

We spend time together playing games, going on walks and digging deep into the bible.

This year our topic is understanding the cross! (23rd-25th Jan 2026)

One to ones

We aim to give every student the opportunity to meet up with an older Christian (usually at one of the many local coffee shops!) for Bible study, prayer and encouragement.

When you meet there will be opportunity to ask questions, explore issues and seek advice and direction.
